Why fill asphalt cracks before winter?
Water gets into open cracks, freezes, and expands. Over a Michigan winter that turns small cracks into big ones and eventually potholes. Hot rubber crack fill seals the cracks so water stays out.
How often should asphalt be seal coated?
It depends on how much traffic and sun the pavement gets. Most driveways and parking lots benefit from a fresh seal coat every few years. We will tell you where yours stands during the free estimate.
Can my driveway be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. Crack filling, repairs, and seal coating can add years to asphalt that is still in decent shape. If it is too far gone, we will quote a replacement instead.
Do you work on parking lots?
Yes. We pave, repair, seal coat, crack fill, and stripe parking lots for businesses and facilities.
Do you pour new concrete?
Yes. We pour new concrete and replace old concrete that is cracked, sunken, or worn out. If your concrete is sound but looks rough, an epoxy or Vuba Stone coating may be the cheaper fix.
