Roof Rejuvenation

Add 5 to 15 years to your asphalt shingle roof for up to 85% less than the cost of a new roof.

Why rejuvenate your roof

Adds 5 to 15 years

A rejuvenated roof keeps protecting your home for years longer, so you can put off a full replacement.

Up to 85% less than a new roof

You keep the roof you have instead of paying for tear-off, disposal, and all new shingles.

Environmentally safe

The treatment is environmentally safe, and your old shingles stay on your roof instead of going to a landfill.

What is roof rejuvenation?

Asphalt shingles stay flexible because of the oils in the asphalt. Years of sun and heat dry those oils out. The shingles turn brittle, start to crack and curl, and shed the granules that shield them from UV light. That is usually when people start pricing a new roof.

Roof rejuvenation goes after the cause. We spray a rejuvenating treatment onto the shingles, and it soaks in to restore the oils they have lost. The shingles get their flexibility back and hold on to their granules better.

It is not a paint or a coating that sits on top of the roof. It soaks into the shingles and works from the inside.

How it works

  1. Roof inspection

We check your shingles, flashing, and overall condition and tell you whether rejuvenation makes sense for your roof.

  2. Repairs first, if needed

If something needs fixing, like loose flashing or a damaged shingle, we point it out before any treatment goes on.

  3. Spray-on treatment

We spray the rejuvenator evenly across the roof. No tear-off, no dumpster, and no pile of old shingles in your yard.

  4. It soaks in

Over the next few days the treatment absorbs into the shingles and restores their flexibility.

Roof rejuvenation questions

How long does roof rejuvenation last?

Roof rejuvenation adds 5 to 15 years to the life of an asphalt shingle roof. After we inspect your roof, we will tell you what to expect for it.

How much does roof rejuvenation cost?

It costs up to 85% less than replacing your roof. The exact price depends on the size of your roof. Call 1-800-459-1377 for an inspection and quote.

Is roof rejuvenation a coating?

No. A coating sits on top of the shingles. A rejuvenator soaks into them and restores the oils they have lost, so the shingles themselves get more flexible and stronger.

Will roof rejuvenation fix a leaking roof?

No. Rejuvenation restores aging shingles. It does not repair leaks, damaged decking, or missing shingles. If the inspection turns up problems like these, we will tell you what needs to be fixed first.

What kind of roofs can be rejuvenated?

Asphalt shingle roofs, which is what most houses have. Metal, tile, slate, and other roof types are not a fit for this treatment.

Is roof rejuvenation environmentally safe?

Yes. The treatment we use is environmentally safe, and rejuvenating a roof keeps a full roof of old shingles out of the landfill.
